Lamb Kabob Cube Marinade
Ingredients:
1 pound lamb, cubed
1/2 cup dry red wine (Merlot)
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin cold-pressed
2 T. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 T. fresh basil
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 t. fresh thyme leaves
1 t. sea salt
1 t. freshly ground black pepper
Mix all ingredients together, marinate lamb cubes for 6-7 hours, and grill.
