Noah Osley
EMMETT Technique & Myofascial Release Practitioner
Noah Osley discovered his passion for bodywork through his own journey with chronic pain. Years of drumline led to persistent back issues, prompting him to explore holistic, hands-on approaches to healing. Through this process, Noah experienced firsthand how gentle, targeted bodywork can restore function, reduce pain, and support the body’s natural ability to rebalance.

Today, Noah is a certified EMMETT Technique practitioner and works extensively with Myofascial Release (MFR). His sessions are calm, intentional, and client-centered, with a strong emphasis on listening to the body rather than forcing change. Each appointment is tailored to your specific needs, with the goal of improving movement, easing discomfort, and supporting long-term wellbeing.
What is EMMETT Technique?
EMMETT Technique is an internationally recognized muscle release method that uses light finger pressure applied to specific points on the body, known as Emmett points. These points are distinct from traditional trigger points or acupressure points and are used to help release muscle tension, restore balance, and improve movement.

This technique is gentle, effective, and deeply relaxing. Sessions can be performed while sitting, lying down, or standing, and the work is always adapted to the individual.

EMMETT Technique may help support:
-
Neck and shoulder restriction
-
Lymphatic congestion and breathing

Migraines or cluster headaches
-

-

EMMETT can be used on its own or combined with Myofascial Release for a more comprehensive session.
What is Myofascial Release?
Myofascial Release (MFR) is a gentle, hands-on technique that works with the body’s connective tissue (fascia). Fascia surrounds muscles, bones, nerves, and organs, and when it becomes restricted, it can contribute to pain, tension, and limited mobility.

MFR involves slow, sustained pressure applied directly to the skin, without oils or tools. This allows Noah to feel restrictions accurately and support the fascia in releasing naturally over time.

The Goal of Myofascial Release is to Help you Return to a Pain Free, Active Lifestyle!
