SCHEDULE

Being Kind to Your Body in a Busy World

This world is full of distractions, expectations and overstimulation leading to habits that over stress and strain your body. The human body has remarkable resilience to heal and adapt to the environment and daily life. Physical Therapist, Shelly Heinen, will show you how to care for your bones, muscles and joints with all the demands you place on it by incorporating breathing, exercise and posture strategies into your daily life for improved energy, mental focus, pain and stress.

Removing Your Excess Baggage

Nowadays, we all carry-on extra stresses with a high demand lifestyle. Wellness Coach, Michelle Doerr, will take you through a step-by-step process to reveal what is personally causing distress in your life. We will travel to our inner judge and discuss ways to move to a less stressed destination for the future.

- Short Break -

Mini Session with Liz Kiewel, MT

Learn a simple self-technique that you can use to relieve an upset tummy by a Massage Therapist!

The Journey through Intentions

Inspired by the book, The Power of Eight, Heather Besse King will discuss the researched-based data on the strength of positive thoughts, especially when multiplied. Regardless of beliefs, positive intentions are powerful whether that is through mediation and/or prayer. You will go home with a plan and other tools that you can use to implement into your daily life.

Behind the Packaging

Fueling up on the right foods can be difficult when the bad groceries are often marketed as healthy. Grocery stores are primarily filled with packaged goods, but truly, what kind of nutritious food is left to eat? Health Educator, Connie Karstens, will debunk common food myths. In this session, you will learn unmasking of the so-called healthy foods. Connie will be your tour guide on choosing the right foods to fuel your health journey.
