Shelly Heinen, PT, offers physical therapy consultations incorporating the use of manual therapy techniques for re-alignment and tissue mobility, instruction in therapeutic exercise techniques (stretching, strengthening, postural and ergonomics, cardiopulmonary, breathing and relaxation, and balance training), as well as general health and wellness education.
Shelly works with clients dealing with various conditions such as chronic and acute pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, balance impairments, dizziness/vertigo, incontinence issues, fibromyalgia, headaches, TMJ issues, occupational and sports injuries, pregnancy and post-partum issues, lymphedema, wound care, and cardiopulmonary disorders.
Shelly Heinen is a licensed physical therapist with over 15 years of experience working in various healthcare settings alongside with many health practitioners including medical doctors, nurse practitioners, chiropractors, occupational and speech therapists, massage therapists, nutritionists and herbalists. She received her biology, psychology and physical therapy degrees from St. Catherine University in St. Paul, MN.
Shelly’s areas of experience and interest include spinal and general orthopedic disorders, women’s health, balance and vestibular impairments. She provides a holistic approach that includes examining physical health as well as identifying potential environmental and mental health components that may be contributing to health and healing.

A receipt of services and payments will be provided for those wanting to submit to their health insurance company for yearly deductible out-of-pocket costs.
