About the event
This class consists of a steady and flowing sequence of movements synchronized with breath. Yoga incorporates a holistic practice that builds strength and flexibility through movement, boosts energy and health through the conscious rhythmic flow of the breath, and promotes focused mind and mental calm through stillness (holding the poses). All classes respect the limits and capacities of every student. Modifications will often be provided to allow all to participate, benefit and enjoy these classes. You will be encouraged to push yourself safely within your own parameters.
Yoga mats available if needed. You are encouraged to bring your own.
