Initial Visit with Connie Karstens

Service Description

The initial visit lasts between 60-90 minutes. When you arrive, you will be asked to fill out a few forms on your health history, current complaints, and wellness goals. If you prefer, you can complete the forms prior to your consultation. Together, we will discuss your situation and come up with a wellness plan that is achievable for you. Please bring along: - Any supplements you take regularly along to your appointment. - A list of the medications you are currently on.
