Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) is a wonderful calming and uplifting lemony tea. It is a member of the mint family (Lamiaceae). 


Ingredients: Organically grown and hand-harvested lemon balm from our Herbal Garden. 


To Use: 1 tablespoon of dried lemon balm tea per cup (8 oz) of boiled water. Steep for 15 minutes. 


Traditional uses of lemon balm include:

  • Anxiety
  • Panic attacks
  • Insomnia
  • Nervous headaches
  • Soothes the nerves
  • Heart palpitations
  • Calms and soothes the nervous stomach
  • And so much more!
