Cooling peppermint and gentle chamomile pair with warming ginger and aromatic fennel seed, while dandelion root and orange peel round out the blend with pleasantly earthy and citrus notes.

To Prepare: Infuse 1 heaping teaspoon of herbs in 1 cup of boiled water. Pour water over herbs, cover, and steep for 10 minutes.
