About the event
This first workshop will explore the early wild plants you can enjoy such as dandelions, spruce tips, fiddlehead ferns, nettle and garlic mustard. You will learn how to identify, sustainably harvest and prepare an amazing array of common wild edible plants. Learn everything you need to know about common plants and how to start incorporating them into your diet to save money and create tasty meals. You will never look at a weed again the same after this workshop. Cost: $40.
