About the event
This 3-part workshop series will open up the world of wild local foods found everywhere around you. Herbalist, Nutrition Educator, and Minnesota Master Naturalist, Connie Karstens, will teach you how to identify, harvest and prepare nutritious, delicious, and abundant edible wild plants. This workshop series will take the mystery out of wild foods and build foraging skills with confidence. This in-depth series will be a hands-on learning approach where we will gather and prepare wild foods as a group. In each class, we will explore new wild plants and make tasty recipes. After this course, you will never look at weeds the same way.

Pre-requisites: None, all levels are welcomed!
