Our eyesight is often something most of us take for granted and it is never to early to think about eye health. In this class, you will learn how build and maintain healthy eyes naturally while reducing oxidative damage. You will learn which foods, nutritional formulas, herbs and other solutions are most helpful. As we age, our eyes are especially susceptible to deteriorating conditions such as macular degeneration, cataracts, glaucoma and more. But your vision doesn’t have to decline as you grow older. Additionally, if you are someone who spends multiple hours a day staring at a computer screen, you won’t want to miss the therapy on the 20/20/20 rule to reduce eyestrain.
