Tai Chi

This class uses a series of slow, flowing motions and deep, slow breathing. Tai Chi moves from one pose to another gradually, shifting your weight and extending your limbs to challenge your balance, and combines the physical components needed to stay upright -- leg strength, flexibility, range of motion, and reflexes. All classes respect the limits and capacities of every student. Modifications will often be provided to allow all to participate, benefit and enjoy these classes. You will be encouraged to push yourself safely within your own parameters.
