About the event
The Lamb Shoppe & Wellness Center is now offering fitness classes!
This class consists of a steady and flowing sequence of movements synchronized with breath. Yoga incorporates a holistic practice that builds strength and flexibility through movement, boosts energy and health through the conscious rhythmic flow of the breath and promotes focused mind and mental calm through stillness (holding the poses).
