Balancing Through our Chakras

Join us in this class to learn about the toolbox for Reiki Healing that is inside each person. Our 7 Chakras can act as windows showing us what could be causing imbalances to create awareness for rebalancing the body. Expert Heather Besse King will teach about the experience of how to tune into your chakras. You will go home with tools for balancing yourself when you feel "off." 

Please bring 2 blankets. One to lie on and one to put over you during the class.

Instructor Bio: 

Heather is a certified Reiki Practitioner and has been practicing Reiki for 20 years as a hobby. Reiki and therapeutic alternative practices appeal to Heather because of its overall healing benefits through deep relaxation, emotional healing and release of stress, entirely through energy. In 2019, Heather joined the Lamb Shoppe & Wellness Center. Her practice offers Reiki, energy work and hot/cold stone therapy. 

Reiki is a complementary medicine that refers to energy healing. Reiki can be done through gentle touch on the body, hands on the body or even without being present in the room with the client.
