Founders Herb Walk

This morning will be filled with herbal knowledge from two local experts, Doug Schmoll & Connie Karstens. Join us on the Lamb Shoppe farm to discover herbal wisdom about plant identification, medicinal herbs, wild edibles and more. This year will mark the 23rd annual Herb Walk. We will take a stroll through the herbal garden and the farm’s backyard to learn about wild plants and their uses!  

About Doug Schmoll: Doug Schmoll is the owner of Potpourri Health Foods in downtown Willmar, MN which has been in business for over 40 years. He has organized the Founders Herb Walk for over 20 years. 

About Connie Karstens: Connie Karstens is the owner and founder of the Lamb Shoppe & Wellness Center. She holds a BS in biology and a MS in health and nutrition education. She has studied herbalism for 20 years. In her practice, Connie offers wellness consultations incorporating…
