Flower Essence Fundamentals 2022

Plant medicine comes in many forms. While many people are familiar with herbal teas, tinctures, oils, and salves, using flower essence therapy is a lesser-known concept that can be a powerful tool to balance your health. Flower essences are made from a wide variety of wildflowers, trees, shrubs, and other cultivated plants. This course covers all 38 Bach Flower remedies along with some additional most useful flower essences.

Flower essences are much like homeopathic remedies in that they work by shifting energy patterns of the body. These shifts address emotional, psychological, and physical blockages which help the body to holistically return to a healthful balance. Their effects can be subtle or profound. 

In this 3-part series, you will learn how flower essences are individually used and blended together for various conditions. You will become familiar with the energetic patterns of how and why these preparations are so helpful. This class will support your personal health journey and may help you achieve optimal wellness with the knowledge you will gain.
