Energy Anatomy Workshop

Based on the teachings of Carolyn Mayss, this class takes a deeper look at the idea that our energetic system is as complex, well-ordered, and fully functional as our physical and intellectual systems.  This inter-active workshop will explore how "Our Biography becomes our Biology".  Including how and where our emotions and life experiences are stored, how they affect our daily lives, and what we can do to change circumstances that are draining our energy.  This 5-hour workshop will give you powerful insights into where you are investing your life, the potential consequences and benefits of those choices, and how an understanding of your energy system can enrich your relationships with others and improve your health and well-being.

Class is taught by Jane Gislason, C.M.T. and former Ridgewater College instructor.  

Cost: $30 per person.  Minimum 15 participants.

Please bring a bag lunch. There will be snacks/beverages available for purchase in the Shoppe if interested. 

If possible, bring colored pencils or crayons. Otherwise, Jane will provide some as well.
