Discover the Language of the Body

In this class, we will go over how our bodies use pain and symptoms to communicate with us, how to recognize it, and what we can do about it.

Do you suffer from constant or regular headaches or migraines, nagging shoulder or back pain that is sometimes a dull ache, and other days a sharp stabbing pain? Or maybe it's hip and low back pain that just never quite goes away, always leaving you with this dull reminder that it only takes one wrong move to make it flare up again. It's time to stop ignoring or dismissing these signs and symptoms and time to fully feel and recognize what it is our bodies are trying to express to us so we can let our bodies heal at the root of the issue instead of just managing the symptoms.
