About the event
This is not your typical detox, cleanse, or weight loss class. This class is designed to support an overall healthy and sustainable lifestyle leading you to better lifelong health by mitigating toxic exposures in your food and water. We are exposed to hundreds of different potentially harmful chemicals every day that can contribute to cancer, thyroid disease, hormonal issues, digestive complaints, and more! One huge way this exposure occurs is through our diet. If we are eating a processed foods diet this exposure is exponentially higher, but even if we are eating a diet with whole foods this exposure can still be significant. There are many hidden chemicals in our food and water that can impact our health in various ways. This class is designed to empower you to make better food choices in order to live a healthier and longer life.
Here is what will be covered in “Cleaning Up Your Diet”:
- Pesticide exposure
- Heavy metals in our food
- Meat, egg, dairy, and seafood contamination
- Vegetable oils and inflammation
- How we cook our food can impact inflammation and cancer risk
- Plastics in our food. Did you know it is estimated we eat a credit card’s worth of plastic per week?
- Health impacts of how we buy and store our food.
- Water contaminants such as heavy metals, pharmaceuticals, fluoride, and more.
- And more!
Join me for this class to learn about how to live a better life through better eating!
